With three bedrooms our home will comfortably sleep six people.
The master bedroom has en-suite facilities with a walk in wardrobe and looks out over the pool area. The second bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes & ample drawer space, both have hairdryers. The third also has wardrobes again with plenty of drawer space and two single beds.
Two large sofas give comfort to the living area whilst watching cable TV or a DVD. There is also a mini Hi-Fi and a PS2 with games to keep you amused. We also have a wireless broadband connection so just bring along your laptop.
The large dining table seats six and is situated off the living area with views through the patio doors of the swimming pool and golf course.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and all cutlery/crockery (including outdoor). There are also two barstools to sit to the breakfast bar. Washing machine and tumble dryer are out of sight in the garage.
The private pool has its own table/chairs and sun loungers on which to relax whilst you watch the world and odd golfers go by. Due to the south facing position we enjoy the sun all day long.
Our games Room including pool table, air hockey, darts, x4 tennis rackets and a full set of golf clubs should keep you entertained and is fitted with a carpet floor for your comfort and safety.
Southern Dunes has its own lake, tennis courts, childrens play area, three large communal pools and of course a championship golf course of 7227 yds, which has a string of awards weaving its way around the villas giving greenery, wildlife and a sense of space.
A 24hr WalMart is at the entrance along with many restauraunts, shops and fuel. Eagle Ridge shopping mall is a short drive to the south on US 27.
