This fabulous villa is stylishly furnished and fully equipped to high standards. Sleeps six comfortably (no sofa bed, no one should have to sleep in lounge). Is exceptional value, has all the facilities to make your stay in Florida complete. On entry through porch area you step into the light, airy and spacious open plan lounge with vaulted ceiling, dining and kitchen area.

The lounge has 2 quality modern leather sofas, ceiling fan, cable Flatscreen HDTV, DVD player, iPad/iPod recharging docking station as well as being a radio and CD player. The Dining Table seats 6. There are many books and some childrens games for our guests to enjoy. We also have free WiFi internet connection. Our telephone has a free Concierge service available for our guests, eg just press a button for Taxi, Tickets, Pizza, Management Company and other services. The kitchen is fitted with full size oven, hob, and fridge freezer with icemaker, built in microwave oven, toaster, coffee filter machine, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 modern chrome/black bar stools. The kitchen overlooks the covered pool. Relax on the patio furniture alongside the pool or under the parasol. The screening covering the deck and pool lets sun in, keeps bugs out and also has opaque lower netting sections for privacy when you are lounging. All kitchen utensils, cutlery, towels, beach towels, linens, two hairdryers and iron are provided. The large garage provides space for one car. There is a washer, dryer, vacuum cleaner and ironing board etc. and is accessible via the villa through a secure internal door. Two beach chairs are also for guest use in case you fancy a trip to the coast.

There are 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double and a twin bedded). The master bedroom is en suite with bath/shower, WC, mirrored vanity unity and hairdryer. The master bedroom, with ceiling fan, has a walk in storage cupboard with plenty of hanging space. The other two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Cable TV is provided in every bedroom, 2 of the 3 (the main and 2nd bedroom) are Flat Screen. Each bedroom has a radio alarm clock. There is an additional bathroom with bath/shower, WC, mirrored vanity unit and hairdryer. A children's High Chair and Safety Bed Rail are available if needed.

This superb location boasts a P.G.A. championship 18-hole golf course 20 minutes south west of Disney, just off the US27 South. The gated entrance (with 24 hours security who also patrol the estate ) leads to the widely acclaimed golf course with undulating greens, tree lined fairways as well as 183 bunkers, driving range and practice area. Visiting the clubhouse (renovated June 2012) is a must (10 mins leisurely walk) as you can enjoy great reasonably priced food and is open to anyone- not just golfers!!! You don’t have to be a golfer to enjoy staying at this prestigious community! Other features of Southern Dunes include 3 community pools, children’s play area, tennis courts, 2 recreation centres and fishing lake- and you only pay for the golf! A selection of shops including Super Wal-Mart, fast food and family style restaurants are within walking distance (which is uncommon for lots of other estates) or short drive, as they are located near to Southern Dunes entrance
