We are proud to offer our executive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a private screened pool and stunning views overlooking the 2nd fairway of the championship golf course. The south facing aspect offers guests the opportunity for sunshine from breakfast until dusk and a lanai for some shade if desired.

The versatile accommodation with its two master suites, is the perfect base for your family holiday. Adaptable to enjoy on your own, share with friends, or even treat the grandparents! Our spacious living area and oversized pool deck it is also perfect for couples, golfing parties or families to share.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed, glorious views over the golf course, an en suite with twin vanity sinks, walk in shower and Roman tub. It also has its own walk in wardrobe.

The Queen room also has an en suite and opens out directly onto the pool deck with views to the golf course. There are also two ample sized twin rooms which share a bathroom conveniently located between them.

The living area is a delightful, spacious and light open plan area. It has two large sofas, an entertainment centre with cable TV, DVD, Ipod/phone docking station, CD player and Play Station 2. A breakfast bar separates the lounge from the kitchen area.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with every modern convenience to make your visit a pleasurable one. American size cooker and refrigerator, built in microwave, dishwasher and an excellent range of cooking utensils. The Dining area overlooks the beautiful pool and is great for a quick snack or grand banquet. There is a sliding patio door which leads onto the covered Lanai, deck and pool.

Our fully screened private pool is not overlooked on either side offering unobstructed views across the golf course. The Lanai and deck areas are equipped with sun loungers/tables and chairs. The pool can be heated at an additional cost if required. With fabulous views and sun from down to dusk, what better way to relax after a long day at the parks or on the course.

Our new Games Room has a full size pool table and table tennis and is great for kids or big kids!

We have a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. All linen and house towels are provided, with rooms fully stocked with storage space, hairdryers with highchairs and buggy/strollers available on request.

We have tried to provide everything you could possibly need to make your holiday enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Other facilities include a free Wi-Fi connection to keep in touch with friends and family, an ipod docking station, Playstation 2 along with many board games and books.
