You have 2 separate family rooms with ample, comfortable seating. The main room towards the back of the villa overlooks the pool area which is accessed via patio doors. A wide screen HDTV and DVD player are located here. The second, spacious family room, at the front of the villa, has a large HDTV, playstation 2, coffee table and formal dining area.

The open plan, spacious kitchen has everything you need including a cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. All crockery, utlensils and small electical appliances are there for your convenience. A separate kitchen table and chairs is located next to the kitchen area for less formal dining.

For entertainment and keeping in touch with family and friends, you have full WIFI high speed internet throughout the villa, 250 cable TV channels including some HD, and free USA and Canada.calls. Books and board games are also available for your use.

The main master bedroom features a US King bed with pillow top mattress,ceiling fan, TV, DVD, an Ipod clock/radio/alarm and full ensuite facilities including shower, corner bath and walk-in dressing room. The second master bedroom features a new luxury pillow-top Queen Bed, ceiling fan, TV, DVD and clock/radio and built in wardrobe with ensuite bathroom and shower. 2 further bedrooms are twin bedded (new beds 2011) , both with built in wardrobes. A third bathroom with shower is located in between these bedrooms. All linen and towels are included in the price. Hairdryers are available for guest use in all 3 bathrooms.

You will find that the double garage has been converted into a large themed games room with an 8ft slate bed pool table and foosball. You will also find an american sized washing machine and dryer here with iron and ironing board for your use.

There is a 24-hour Walmart, restaurants, takeaways, a bank, filling station and medical centre all located at the main entrance to Southern Dunes which is within easy walking distance of your holiday home.
