The versatile accommodation with its two master suites, is the perfect base for your family holiday, either on your own or to share with friends, or why not treat the grandparents! With the spacious living area and oversized pool deck it is also perfect for couples, golfing parties or families to share.

POOL AREA The south facing pool with its huge deck area is large enough for the whole family to enjoy. The kids can spash in the pool and you can relax in the sun or hot tub. It overlooks the 17th fairway allowing wonderful views of the sunsets. This area is protected from insects by a mesh screen which still allows the sun in. Being south facing, we get the sun on all or part of the deck all day which is especially nice in the Autumn or winter, when we still use the pool, even when the weather is cooler. Shade is available with our huge sun umbrella, or under the lanai, which is fitted with a ceiling fan to keep you cool on those warm nights or hot days.

HOT TUB/SPA The luxury hydro spa, Is situated on the pool deck. With LED mood lighting and 34 jets powerful jets, it is a perfect way to ease your aching muscles with a wonderful massage, after all those park rides! Four luxury sun beds are provided and a table and chairs for dining 'al fresco' are under the covered lanai. GAMES ROOM With Pool Table, Air Hockey, Shuffleboard and soft tip electronic Darts Board. All are suitable for adult and child use. Child & full sized pool cues are provided.

FAMILY ROOM The spacious family room overlooking the pool and golf course has a queen sized sofa bed in one of the sumptuous leather sofas, ceiling fan, 32" flat screen digital cable TV, VCR, CD player and playstation as well as the lovely view. Digital cable gives you extra stations including UK sport channels and many with less adverts.

DINING ROOM There are two dining areas seating 10 in total, but we usually prefer to eat outside by the pool. The covered lanai is a wonderful place to eat breakfast as it catches the first rays of sun early in the year, but provides much needed shade when the days get longer. For the warm evenings, why not cook dinner on the George Foreman BBQ grill and enjoy the sunset.

KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer with ice-maker. All cooking utensils and crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided. In the utility area we have a washing machine, separate dryer, iron and ironing board.

KING SIZED MASTER SUITE The master suite is a lovely bright spacious room with views of the golf course. It has an en-suite shower room with its own door to the pool area, perfect for those early morning or late night swims. A king size bed with a memory foam mattress for ultimate comfort and a great nights sleep, ceiling fan, cable TV and walk-in wardrobe

QUEEN SIZED MASTER SUITE The second master to the front has a queen sized bed en-suite bathroom with tub and shower over, cable TV, ceiling fan and large wardrobe.

TWO TWIN BEDROOMS Bedroom three has one double and one twin bed, great when you have three couples sharing or kids who want to share a room. Bedroom four has two twin beds. Both have plenty of wardrobe space cable TV & video. They share a third full bathroom.

All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. Each bed has a spare set of linen and if you don't want to change it yourself, we can arrange for a mid stay clean for a charge of $85. All pool towels are provided Two hair dryers.
