Pearl Villa is a luxury four bedroom, three bathroom two story villa with over 2,200 sq.ft. of living space. Situated on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, a safe and friendly gated community, easy access to US 27 and only 20 minutes from Disney World.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has a private pool with a large sun deck, 6 padded loungers and patio table and chairs under a covered lanai. A family room and sitting room, 2 dining rooms, the open plan layout of the villa offers ample space for a family or group of friends.
The living areas in the villa are open plan, light and airy with 18ft high cathedral ceilings. The main family room has three luxurious sofas and for your entertainments there is a 32" flat screen cable TV, DVD Player, I Pod dock, PlayStation 2, small library of books and a good selection of board games.
The cosy sitting room with a large sofa, coffee table and CD Player is a quiet relaxing area to listen to music or read a book.
The formal dining room has seating for 6 people and. there is also a second dining area in the kitchen nook overlooking the pool area.
The fully fitted kitchen has a ceramic top stove and oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer with ice maker and fresh filtered water. The kitchen is also equipped with all the small appliances you might need such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and cocktail blender. There are plenty of glasses, cutlery, crockery and bakeware for your needs. Plastic glasses and plates are provided for the pool area.
The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The 4 bedrooms consist of a 6ft Master King En-Suite, 5ft Queen and 2 Twins. Ceiling fans in Master and Queen. All are furnished to high standard and each with large closets, dressers, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a chest a drawers.
Each of the bedrooms have Cable TV, DVD player, a clock radio and bedside lamps.
The ground floor master bathroom has a corner garden tub bath, a separate walk in shower and vanity sink with mirror and lighting above. Within the bathroom there is a large walk-in wardrobe / dressing room with plenty of hanging space and room for storing your suitcases until your return home.
The family bathroom has a full bath with overhead shower and vanity sink with mirror and overhead lighting. Each of the bathrooms have plenty of bath towels, hand towels and face flannels. Hair dryers, guest soaps and shampoo are also provided for your convenience.
The ground floor shower room has a walk in shower and vanity sink as well as a toilet.
Having your own private pool is fantastic for those quieter, more relaxed days not spent visiting the theme parks.
From the breakfast nook, sliding doors open onto the pool area. It has a very sunny aspect as it faces South-west and retains the sun throughout most of the day and into the early evening. The pool has free solar heating and additional electric heating is available at an optional cost recommended from October to April.
The large deck area has plenty of room to relax and sunbathe with six padded sunloungers, sun umbrella a covered lanai if you need that little bit of shade as well as a table and chairs for al-fresco dining.
There is a child safety fence which runs along the entire length of the pool for the well being and peace of mind of the little ones. The entire pool and deck area is screened to keep the bugs out. When the sun goes down the pool has under water lighting for that late night swim.
Games room comprising of a 7ft. pool table, full size air hockey table and cross traier - a great room to use of an evening or for those relaxing days spent back at the villa.

Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club has it's own clubhouse with restaurant and bar. There is a fishing lake; tennis courts, communal swimming pools and a children's play area, all within walking distance of our home. Within a 10 minute walk outside of the community you will find a 24hr Wal-Mart, petrol station, bank, restaurants, Blockbuster video and smaller outlet stores.
