When on holiday we believe you deserve to stay in a villa that is kept in pristine condition and one that has all of the home comforts. We have very high standards and visit the property twice a year to ensure that you won�t be disappointed.

The downstairs living accommodation is a fantastic open plan area - great for family living. In the lounge you will find a TV, DVD player and play station (of course in addition to the lounge furniture)

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you will need from microwave, dishwasher, large oven and of course a huge American fridge (with automatic ice maker) to keep those holiday drinks cool. If you don�t feel like cooking then no problem, just outside the gate of Southern Dunes are plenty of fast food restaurants if you want to bring a take away back to the villa and a restaurants (including the famous Manny�s Chop House).

In the large Master Bedroom there is an American size king bed, TV, set of drawers and leading off the bedroom you will have a beautiful en suite. In the en suite there are two sinks so no arguing for the bathroom in the morning, a bath and separate shower cubical. Off the en suite there is a fantastic walk in wardrobe with plenty of room for all of your holiday clothes (and of course new purchases)!

Downstairs is the second main bedroom with an American queen size bed (English king size), TV and built in wardrobe. This bedroom has patio doors leading out to the lanai so you will enjoy enviable outlook over Lake Joe � what a view to wake up to, you won�t be disappointed. The second bathroom is next to this bedroom.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms each with two single beds, set of drawers and built in wardrobe. Between these two bedrooms is the third bathroom.

The dining area has upgraded furniture with lovely dark red leather chairs and overlooks the lake.

In the games room, you will find a pool table, dart board and TV to keep family members occupied when spending time around the villa.

All bed linen and towels are provided for your use together with pool towels and hairdryers (3).

The Sun gets to the pool area by about 10.30 in the morning and stays there until sunset. It is on the lawn area even earlier

Around Southern Dunes you will have one of the best Golf Courses in Florida on your doorstep, a golfing range, a putting green, tennis courts, a gym and a tots play area. The club house serves great lunches and buffet breakfast on a Sunday.
