Villa Verification Program

When booking a villa for the first time you may have a few questions.
Does the villa exist?
Are these the owners?
Is my money safe??

In order to address this issue we have created a Villa Verification Program.

  ALL the villas on this site are a part of this program; please look for the Villa Verified Logo on each home

To be awarded the Villa Verified Logo, owners must provide us on a regular basis with :-

Villa owner's home address and telephone number and email address
Villa address
A recent utility bill showing the villa address and owners name
This information will then be checked against the official records, if all is in order the villa will be awarded the logo.

We do everything we can possibly do to ensure your vacation booking is safe.  However, we do not offer any guarantees, financial or otherwise, beyond the checks we make.

We provide the initial introduction between yourself and the villa owner.  All future dealings are direct with the owner and are not the responsibility of this site

We do not allow advertising by villas that are not verified and do believe that all the homes on this site are genuine and to the very highest quality
