"THE PERFECT CHOICE" Spacious 4 Bedroom with 3 Bath and Pool located in private gated community of Southern Dunes in Haines City Florida, Backyard & Pool Deck overlooking the 17th hole of one of the top ranked public golf courses in Florida "Southern Dunes Golf & Country club. Spend your mornings and afternoons on our spacious pool deck while in the heat of the afternoons cooling off by taking a refreshing swim. House sleeps 8 comfortably with a large open living & dining room and kitchen area

Our spacious Villa is all one level and ideal for both families and golfers. It's a large open concept with a large main room with lounge, dining area, kitchen and breakfast nook, having 2 master en-suite bedrooms, 3rd bedroom with a queen & 4th with 2 twin beds. The villa has smoke detectors and emergency lighting. alarms on the patio doors & windows. also a high speed wireless internet connection.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with bright lighting, a breakfast bar, range cooker, built-in microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with icemaker, waste disposal, coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, slow cooker, etc. It is well stocked with cutlery, glassware, utensils and pool dinnerware.

Livingroom area is furnished with comfortable seating and has a digital cable TV package, DVD player and PS2. Patio doors lead out to the pool & deck area. There is a dining table that seats 6 comfortably, a breakfast counter with 4 bar stools. wireless Internet/WIFI and plenty of books and board games in a basket beside the bookcase at the bottom of the TV

Our large screened-in pool area is 100% SOUTH FACING so you will enjoy sun from early morning until evening on the pool deck, a covered area (lanai) with outdoor lighting, table & chairs for dining, loungers and chairs & 70 inch patio TV. We supply a BBQ and utensils. Lots of adult & children's pool floaties & toys for lounging in the pool (located in the garage)

Master Bedroom at the back of the house is a bright & spacious room with king bed & bathroom, ceiling fan, 70" TV, walk-in closet, large chest of drawers and bedside cabinets with radio alarm. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with seat & vanity unit fully fitted with towel sets. Hairdryers are supplied in all bathrooms. The bathroom has a door to the pool area. All bedroom closets are equipped with extra bed sheets, linens and pillows

2nd master suite at the front of the house has a queen bed & private bath, 3rd bedroom also has queen bed & 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. there is a 3rd fully fitted bathroom for house quests, All 3 bathroom showers fitted with new Moen removeable shower heads

Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.

Pool Policy: The pool heater can be turned on for an additional $175 per week. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up prior to arrival. Free wireless high-speed internet & satellite cable TV. Mid stay housekeeping: can be offered at additional cost.
