Welcome to our home, a beautifully-remodeled, single-family property nestled within the gated community of Southern Dunes in Central Florida. Overlooking an award-winning, championship golf course, this spacious home has four bedrooms that sleep 8 people very comfortably, three updated bathrooms (two en suite), and a south-facing, private swimming pool that borders the 17th fairway. ​​

We live in this home ourselves whenever possible and that means granite counters, custom kitchen cabinetry, and numerous amenities not usually found in other rental homes.

FOUR BEDROOMS Everyone gets their own private space to relax and recoup. Comfort here includes two masters, each with en suite bathrooms, and with sufficient closet space to handle any length of stay. Nightstand plug ports (120v) have integrated USB and can conveniently power a CPAP as well as ensure your electronics wake as recharged as you.

THREE BATHROOMS Enjoy plenty of room to bathe and brush your teeth with three bathrooms, two are en suite and a third "Jack & Jill" offers access from both ends of the home's second hallway. Counter surfaces here are crafted from beautiful granite adorned with oil-rubbed bronze fixtures. One en suite bathroom even has convenient pool access!

SPACIOUS KITCHEN From your morning tea or coffee to that late night snack, our high-end kitchen is equipped to please. Tall custom cabinetry is lighted from inside and below and the granite surfaces are accompanied by modern appliances, plus all of the basic necessities to prep & serve a delicious home-cooked meal.

OUTDOOR DINING In addition to the dining table and bar stools found inside the home, enjoy food served up fresh from the grill while sitting at the outdoor table. A large protective screened lanai over the entire pool deck area means you're protected from everything but a beautiful Florida sunset.

PRIVATE POOL Enjoy lying out in the warm sun, relaxing with a book, or soaking in the crystal clear water of this gorgeous, south-facing heated pool. The entire pool and deck area is protected by a screened lanai. For more swimming options, your stay also permits use of no less than three Southern Dunes community pools.

STAY CONNECTED & ENTERTAINED Staying connected with friends and family is easy with property-wide 100Mb/sec internet served up wirelessly. Keep up with your favorite shows with cable TV in the living room and both master bedrooms. Bring your NETFLIX or Hulu account to enjoy access to streaming movies and TV in the living room.

GREAT LOCATION Our property enjoys close proximity to famous theme parks and an unobstructed, south-facing view of the pristine 17th fairway of Southern Dunes golf course. Local dining options abound along with uncomplicated access to airports and the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean.

This is possibly one of the best rentals I have come across and we have rented lots. It's clear this property hasn’t previously been a rental. The built-in blinds in the patio doors make the doors so user-friendly and are such a thoughtful touch. There is absolutely nothing wrong with anything in this house, it is perfect!

This home is fantastic! It was so clean and comfortable. We felt at home immediately. Communication was fast and easy and any questions we had were answered very quickly. The pool was awesome and refreshing. The backyard is south facing so we had the sun all day. Beds were comfy and bedding was nice. It is very nicely decorated. I highly recommend it.
