We could not have been more happy with this home we selected for the month of March. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Plenty of linens, towels and kitchen equipment. Grocery store and Walmart just outside gated entrance. Close to many dinning options and golf. Disney only 30 minutes away. Having our own pool was wonderful after a day in the hot sun. Enjoyed sitting by the pool for breakfast and early evening .Would certainly stay here again. A big thank you to the owner, Patricia, for her help and consideration.

Had a great time - weather was a bit up and down but that didn't detract from a lovely holiday. Only three trips to Manny's although I made up for it by eating my body weight in meat on Friday night. Villa was as we remembered - 10 out of 10.

This was our 2nd stay at Southern Dunes and as always such a relaxing stay and the villa is beautiful! The cleanliness is perfect and the size is just right. The owners are fantastic and the managing agents are really helpful. This villa is perfect for Young Families, Older Parties, a real all rounder and words do not do it justice! We are going to go back next Year if possible! Thanks Pat for another memorable Holiday!!!!

We had a great time and the Villa was lovely. I expressed my thoughts to the Management Company with regard to the fresh and exceptionally clean standard of the Villa when we arrived.
