Villa Details

Our recently refurbished villa is all on one level and is ideal for both families and golfers. The accommodation consists of large open-plan Great room with lounge, dining area, kitchen and breakfast nook. There are two master en-suite bedrooms and two twin rooms with a 3rd bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans. The villa has smoke detectors and emergency lighting and alarms on the patio doors. All bathrooms have a well-lit vanity area and each has a hairdryer. There is also a Games room and a high speed wireless internet connection.

The Great room is furnished with a comfortable seating area & occasional tables, Digital cable TV package, DVD player and PS2. Patio doors lead out to the pool & deck area. There is a dining table to seat 6, a breakfast table to seat 4 in the Nook and 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar. Telephone, wireless router & plenty of books and board games in the bookcase!

The fully fitted kitchen comprises breakfast bar, range cooker, built-in microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with icemaker, waste disposal, coffee maker, kettle etc. It is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and pool dinnerware. The washer, tumble drier, iron, ironing board and airer are situated in the garage.

The large screened pool is surrounded by palms and plants for privacy. It has an extended deck, a covered area (lanai) with outdoor fan, table & chairs for dining 'al fresco', loungers and chairs - just imagine yourself sitting there as the sun goes down! The deck gets the sun most of the day but the shaded lanai is ideal for cooling off. The pool can be heated on request for an additional charge and there is a pool blanket to retain the heat overnight. We supply a Gas BBQ and utensils.

Master Bedroom 1 is a bright & spacious room which has patio doors leading onto the pool area - just step out of bed and into the pool! It has a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan, TV & DVD, walk-in wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bedside cabinets with radio alarm. The bathroom has a double walk-in shower & vanity unit. The bathroom has a door to the pool area. Master Bedroom 2 is at the front of the villa and has a Full sized bed, TV & DVD player, walk-in wardrobe & bathroom with full bath and shower & vanity unit. All linens, towels and hairdryers are supplied.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 each contain two twin beds, bedside cabinet with alarm clock & lamp, chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe, TV & DVD player. They share a 3rd bathroom with full bath & shower, vanity unit and linen cupboard. Again, all towels and linens are supplied - even pool towels - and there are hairdryers provided.

The Games Room in the garage has a Pool Table, Table Football & Air Hockey. There are two bikes for exploring the beautiful Southern Dunes community and tennis racquets for the more energetic guests!

Free high speed wireless internet connection so bring your laptop or iPod Touch - Master bedroom 2 has a bedside lamp with iPod charger. It also contains a safe (with key) for your valuables, in the closet.

Southern Dunes is only 20 minutes from Disney and 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport and is ideally located for Tampa and the Gulf Coast. The new Posner Park shopping area is minutes away while the Wal-Mart and Winn Dixie supermarkets at the gates cater for all your needs. There are numerous dining options around Southern Dunes - and the legendary Manny's Chop House is 3 minutes from our villa! The Clubhouse Restaurant at the golf course is open daily for breakfast and lunch and dinner on the weekends. Try the Sunday buffet breakfast!
