The versatile accommodation with its two master suites, is the perfect base for your family holiday, either on your own or to share with friends, or why not treat the grandparents! With the spacious living area and oversized pool deck it is also perfect for couples, golfing parties or families to share. [Flexible deposit policy for 2021 until travel resumes]

POOL AREA The south facing pool with its huge deck area is large enough for the whole family to enjoy. The kids can spash in the pool and you can relax in the sun or hot tub. It overlooks the 17th fairway allowing wonderful views of the sunsets. This area is protected from insects by a mesh screen which still allows the sun in. Being south facing, we get the sun on all or part of the deck all day which is especially nice in the Autumn or winter, when we still use the pool, even when the weather is cooler. Shade is available with our huge sun umbrella, or under the lanai, which is fitted with a ceiling fan to keep you cool on those warm nights or hot days.

HOT TUB/SPA The luxury hydro spa, Is situated on the pool deck. With LED mood lighting and 34 jets powerful jets, it is a perfect way to ease your aching muscles with a wonderful massage, after all those park rides! Four luxury sun beds are provided and a table and chairs for dining 'al fresco' are under the covered lanai. All doors and windows to the pool are fitted with child alarms. ***FREE SPA HEAT***FREE SOLAR POOL HEAT***

GAMES ROOM With Pool Table, Air Hockey, Shuffleboard and soft tip electronic Darts Board. All are suitable for adult and child use. Child & full sized pool cues are provided.

FAMILY ROOM The spacious family room overlooking the pool and golf course has a queen sized sofa bed in one of the sumptuous leather sofas, ceiling fan, 50" flat screen cable TV, Roku TV, CD player as well as the lovely view. Roku streaming gives you access to lots of film channels and TV series including UK and international sport channels and many with less adverts.

DINING ROOM There are two dining areas seating 10 in total, but we usually prefer to eat outside by the pool. The covered lanai is a wonderful place to eat breakfast as it catches the first rays of sun early in the year, but provides much needed shade when the days get longer. For the warm evenings, why not cook dinner on the George Foreman BBQ grill and enjoy the sunset.

KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer with ice-maker. All cooking utensils and crockery, cutlery and glassware are provided. In the utility area we have a washing machine, separate dryer, iron and ironing board.

KING SIZED MASTER SUITE The master suite is a lovely bright spacious room with views of the golf course. It has an en-suite shower room with its own door to the pool area, perfect for those early morning or late night swims. A king size bed with a memory foam mattress for ultimate comfort and a great nights sleep, ceiling fan, Roku TV and walk-in wardrobe

QUEEN SIZED MASTER SUITE The second master to the front has a queen sized bed en-suite bathroom with tub and shower over, Roku TV, ceiling fan and large wardrobe.

TWO TWIN BEDROOMS Bedroom three has one double and one twin bed, great when you have three couples sharing or kids who want to share a room. Bedroom four has two twin beds. Both have plenty of wardrobe space Roku TV & video. They share a third full bathroom.

All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. Each bed has a spare set of linen and if you don't want to change it yourself, we can arrange for a mid stay clean for a charge of $110. All pool towels are provided Two hair dryers.

FREE INTERNATIONAL & LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS are available from the villa and FREE high speed internet connection (own computer required).

Lovely Villa We have stayed here 3 times and we love it. It is south facing overlooking the 17th fairway with a lovely pool . It is spacious and extremely well maintained. The clubhouse is a short walk away and the food there is excellent. Lots of good golf at reasonable prices nearby.

Fantastic Villa Stayed at this Villa on numerous occasions . Fabulous Villa has every amenity you will need all the comforts of home and more. Its in an excellent setting on a golf course . The pool area is a dream with fantastic views across the Golf course The location gives you sunshine all day long Lovely to sit and have your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The Villa itself is spacious and comfortable, the furnishings are comfortable and luxurious and immaculately clean. The Location also is very central located close to Walmart which is very handy for all your food ,drinks and anything else you need. Drive time to the Parks 15 20 mins. The owner is very easy to deal with always answers any queries promptly . I would certainly recommend staying here we are in fact planning on returning later this year cant recommend it enough.

Beautiful villa in a lovely spot The villa is immaculate and set in a beautiful spot on the golf course, catching the sun for most of the day. The open plan living area is spacious and the kitchen very well equipped. The space with the pool and hot tub is spacious and very private. The games room is well equipped if you have kids and all of the bedrooms are spacious an comfortable. The villa is ideally situated, with all of the parks just a short drive away. The beautiful gulf coast is also a short drive. There are plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby and it's not far to the nearest mall. I would highly recommend this villa for it lovely location and relaxed atmosphere, and we have already booked again for this year.

Beautiful well equipped villa Beautiful spacious villa with everything you could need for your stay. Lovely very large and comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The property has washing machine and tumble drier, dishwasher and large fridge there is also a games room- what more could you need!! The outside has a fabulous swimming pool and a jacuzzi - the area is brilliant for bbq's especially with Walmart within walking distance. Situated on a private gated estate which is well maintained. Within easy access to all the fabulous things Orlando has offer! Disney about 20 mins,eating places on the door step and good if you like golf. Have stayed more than once and can highly recommend.

Awesome home Hi Shirley, Just wanted to let you know your home was wonderful again this year. You couldn't ask for a nicer area with all the conveniences close by. We used the pool everyday, it was nice to just relax around the house some days. I'm looking forward to booking it again next year for our vacation. Thanks again Rick

Perfect family holiday location The villa is simply perfect for a family holiday. Let's start with location; 15/20 minutes to the parks, 2 minutes to Walmart, 5/10 minutes to dozens of great places to eat and a short walk to the club house which is also great. Pool overlooks the golf course, which is beautifully kept. The addition of the games room in the garage was a god-send for young kids, calming down after a day at the parks!! The only problem was getting the kids back in the car to come home. We will be back!!

Beautiful villa with great location and views We have stayed at this villa several times over the last few years. The villa is maintained to a very high standard, with fantastic views over the 17th tee. The pool/hot tub and games room are excellent for relaxing with the family. Very close by is Walmart and good eating places. Would definitely recommend staying here and the location is very quiet and private.
