Villa Details

When choosing our Florida Villa we selected Southern Dunes for its location and desirability. We then choose a plot that gave a good location and offered privacy. Our Villa pool deck faces south west so we have a very sunny deck all year and have extended the decking so we have plenty of space. We also have the child security fence installed in case you have small children. We have fitted the Villa out in a simple functional style with good quality furniture and fixtures.

Our Lounge areas are spacious offer two seperate areas for you to relax in one with the HD Flat screen TV and HD Cable box and one we call the quite areas which is at the front of the Villa.

We have 4 Bedrooms two with en-suites and two twins that share a bathroom.The Master bedroom has an en-suite with a large walk in shower, toilet ,Bath tub and walk in dressing area Flat screen HD TV with HD Box. Bedroom two has an en-suite with toilet, and bath with shower. Bedrooms 2 & 3 both have twin beds and share a bathroom with toilet and bath with shower. All beds are the best quality on the market which is one thing we found with Villas we have stayed in the beds are cheap and uncomfortable. All bedrooms have TV with cable. Linnen and towels are provided for your use.3 Speed remote controlled fans with lights are fitted in all bedrooms for your added comfort

Our Games Room situated in the front of the house has a FULL size pool table not a reduced size one with a Air Hockey game a. We also have a bar table and stools to sit at.

Our Pool area has an extended deck with the Florida Child security fence installed. Lounges, side tables , chairs and a table and chairs are available for your use.Our pool faces south wset so we have a very sunny deck also we have a shrub hedge around the pool deck for added privacy. Another advantage of our pool is that we hace a Solar heating system installed so the water temperature is pleasant all year round great for all ages especially for children.

For your added convenience your rental rates also included FREE calls within the USA Canada and Europe FREE WI-FI (100MBs) so you can bring your lap top along and e-mail your friends or even keep in contact at work

We stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas with our grown up Kids and there partners and we all loved it a lot . The location in the middle makes it possible to visit Tampa, Orlando ,Daytona and Lake Okeechobee in reasonable time Loved the Villa and thee Christmas Tree

Just wanted to say we arrived at the Villa and are absolutely blown away by it . After been to Orlando in a Villa before it is safe to ay this is by far the best accommodation we have had and exceptionally clean
